They showed up on the date and time we had Scheduled and even called the day before to make sure we would be home. His crew came in introduced themselves. "The installers, Jason and his associate ( I didnâ t get his name), were very polite, professional, and answered all our questions They even found an issue with our bathroom fan and fixed it. We significantly raised our R value and qualified for a rebate from DTE. George, the owner was also good to deal with, explaining things well. The only minor issue was not having a definite time of installation but a vague â early afternoon â . But I would definitely recommend this company to take care of your insulation needs."
