"I would highly recommend Andy and his services. We have been having severe moisture issues in our crawl space. After experiencing issues just getting someone to come out and look at the issue or very high prices, Andy called us right away and was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He was thorough and honest in his assessment of the issues. He went above and beyond what was asked and walked our property to point out other areas of concern and things we can do to help mitigate water issues. When it was time to do the work, he was on time and worked really hard to ensure all the mold in the crawl space was taken care of and replaced damaged installation. He came back with his team to install the dehumidifier as soon as it arrived. Once completed, he reviewed exactly what he did in detail, explained the new unit and left things neat and tidy. "Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."
