I have cantilevered second story floors and poor insulation was causing a duct vent to develop condensation with this 2024 heat wave which caused moisture to drip down inside of my first floor ceiling. He inspected the house and advised improving the insulation around a room that sits above our garage that was notoriously difficult to temperature control.
