Even though we didnt have a full energy audit, they still go over your entire home and tell you what should and what needs to be done. Some of the little things we did ourselves, or had our handyman. Then Comfenergy did the big part, seal and insulate the attic. We still had late 80's insulation and never a sealing done. It ended up being over an 8 hour project. They were not the cheapest estimate, but definitely the most in-depth review and recommendations provided. The two man team that did the actual work were very professional, showed us the work as the progressed, and good clean up job after all was done."

The precisely installed the insulation to match up with what was already on the walls. I had 1 area that we could not clear out completely due to some heavy shelving, and they worked around the shelving and still did a great job. They ensured the new insulation was mounted correctly and attached well with the insulation that was already on the wall. They also fixed up with tape some adjacent pieces of insulation to make it look much neater. When they were finished to thoroughly cleaned up where they had performed the work. "The project was to insulate a cantilever kitchen bump out that had sink pipes running under it. Both the sales adviser and the project manager were outstanding. "We needed insulation applied only to the underside of the house at this time. The guy who came out to give an estimate was great. The guy that came out to do the spray job (I expected a team and got just one guy) was super nice. The spray foam would appear to be difficult to manage during application as some spots only have a skim of insulation while others seem to have 7 inches of it. The office..... trying to get any information from that office.... was a hassle way beyond my wildest nightmares. Getting the estimate took days, getting scheduled took days. They have only one person working to do all of the scheduling and she "is out of the office" during a whole heck of a lot of "our office hours are from...". Figuring out what I needed to know to pay online took pulling teeth. It was the best price I got and it will make a world of difference to that house structure and its moisture issues.... but good grief!"
