"Erick with AG construction came to my rental a week ago. He had the proper equipment to crawl under the house and determine what I needed to fix broken heat pipe, replace vapor barrier and replace insulation from a plumbing leak. I also had signs of rodents. He gave me a bid that was reasonable and was able to have his team on the job within a week. I stopped by as the work was being done and saw old insulation in bags headed for the dump. The area was left clean and his photos of the job look great. This is a very professional company and I would use them again for any crawl space work."

Some of the plug work done was PERFECT, and much of it was not, resulting in unsightly exterior appearance and challenging sanding and finishing being required by me, the homeowner. This company COULD have done all the plugs perfectly, but chose not to do so. In addition, I had to request a receipt for the work, and I was not provided with a written copy of the verbal warranty stated by the owner of the company."
