Even though we didnt have a full energy audit, they still go over your entire home and tell you what should and what needs to be done. Some of the little things we did ourselves, or had our handyman. Then Comfenergy did the big part, seal and insulate the attic. We still had late 80's insulation and never a sealing done. It ended up being over an 8 hour project. They were not the cheapest estimate, but definitely the most in-depth review and recommendations provided. The two man team that did the actual work were very professional, showed us the work as the progressed, and good clean up job after all was done."

Was hoping to fix issues with freezing pipes by insulating but that is the part they could not access. The scheduling and some staff on the phone is a little dry on the phone. The crew who came to do the job worked their butt off and were super nice. CJ, who drew our proposal, was very nice and knowledgeable. He warned me that his estimation might be a little off but the estimation of the Pepco energy saving percentage back ended up being way off after the energy audit. That made the job much more costly than predicted and I had not planned for that. He was willing to adjust the bill slightly but not significantly enough to really make a difference. Overall, it is going to make a huge difference in the comfort in the house and the crew was very professional."
