"I’d met Dan previously to get an estimate for exhaust fan installation into a second floor bathroom. He explained my options and I scheduled the appointment. In the interval I decided to have a similar fan installed into an additional bathroom. We talked once on the phone and on the morning of the appointment we discussed what was needed. By the end of the day I had two fans, updated switches and an additional electrical outlet installed. Constant professionalism and no slacking off!! Special note goes out to Zach who performed a lot of the work on the ladder, the ventilation work for the exhaust vents on the outside of the house, and who also noted the importance of a ground wire/screw in the base of the second floor unit!!
