"Steven and Miguel removed 3, 37 year old shrubs from my front yard and did a wonderful job. Both worked so hard and did a beautiful job. Price was very reasonably priced. Both of them were so nice Took them 2 days instead of 1 day because one of the shrubs grew all around the landscape irrigation pipe they really had a tuff job on that one but handled it very well."

"Great work!! Aside from being an expert with lawn, irrigation, and re-grading, Eddie Mullins is patient and courteous. When we first showed him initial plans for the yard, he was honest about flaws in the design. We took his advice and re-designed the plan. We also followed his plan to properly deaden the previous yard. Eddie took the initiative to regrade the yard for low maintenance and sensible irrigation, while suggesting other details that would eliminate future problems. The fabulous work that Eddie and his crew performed became its own advertisement as onlookers were requesting his business card. We are very grateful for his excellent service and fortunate to obtain his business!"

"The owner initially came to my home to assess the work I needed to have done. He is very knowledgeable about landscaping. The time he spent upfront was greatly appreciated as he fully understood to my landscaping needs. He had great ideas on how to replant a tree, recommend how to control grubs and how to properly care for specific plants. Once the project began the owner was no longer involved. In fact, I never saw him again. In addition to his landscaping services I had him give me a bid for painting my new fence and yard fence. The painting itself was very nicely done however, the worker(s) were careless and left several oil based paint spots damaging 15-20 of my brand new pavers. When I addressed this with The Owner he replied via email his worker(s) told him they didn’t do it. I provided pictures of the pavers as proof to substantiate my claim. The Owner had his lead come by our home to fix a sprinkler head that was covered during sod repair and to remove these stains. When I reached out to The Owner again he solely relied upon his lead who promptly told him the oil based paint stains were removed. The stains still remain, I’ve contacted my pavers company who clearly stated “oil based paint cannot be removed!” It became blatantly obvious the owner was siding with employee. In fact, The Owner not once has stepped foot on my property since he took the bid. He never came to oversee the project and all contact with him has been via email or text. Lastly, we were in agreement to plant a new tree. As of this review, I have never heard back and there was never any follow up as to when this would be done. I really had high hopes In the beginning and I am very disappointed in The Owner’s project management. He appears to be knowledgeable but my recommendation is that he needs to manage his team, stay closer to the project and make an attempt to do a final walk through. Lastly his hourly bill rate was inconsistent vs. negotiated. Hourly rate doubled for final day of painting which I regretfully paid."

"Blue star Landscape team removed all the weeds from my backyard and it was a pretty big removal project. They got it all done in 1 day and were very efficient with getting all of it up. I would definitely recommend them for all your landscaping needs!! They also take all forms of payment methods, including credit card, making it easier to cover more expensive projects."

"My wife and I have been contemplating on improving the landscaping in our front yard for the past 2 years. This year was perfect with timing and finances. We went with DYS since they were very local to us. There were other companies with more reviews and we almost went with another crew but I’m so glad we landed on DYS! There’re a lot of landscaping companies out there but the owner James, and his crew were top notch. James was thorough, answered all our questions, and walked us through their plans before breaking ground. We had our landscaping redone, a stunning paver walkway added, as well as a retaining wall installed. James was on site throughout the project and he and his crew were punctual and extremely nice and great at their craft. Can’t recommend Dependable Yard Service enough! "Best gardener I've had in 17 years at my current residence. Prior gardeners could only do part of the multi-tasking job adequately. Isidro's does sprinkler systems well, hedge trimming, lawn maintenance and even some tree pruning. I hope to keep him as long as possible because prior gardeners either were of poor quality or better ones "went commercial only" or moved out of the area/changed professions."

"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

"I have a glowing report. The crew showed up when they said they would and finished as they predicted. Their work was efficient as well as thorough. It looked as though they could do it with a bilndfold on. I really appreciated that they asked for my approval on the grading before proceeding with the turf. These guys were skilled, polite, clean, and quick. I wish other contractors could see how clean they left my property. Great service, great value! Thanks."
