There were other vendors who called but he sounded very professional on the phone, and he actually reviewed my pictures and a short video I took to describe the job I needed accurately and he acknowledged the reason why we needed to hire someone for such a simple lighting fixture replacement. He actually read my explanation and asked me some questions and send a couple of technicians the next morning and were done in 10 minutes. There was other vendor who told me to charge for the drive (coming from SLO) but why do I do that when we have a good trusting local vendor in Paso Robles !! Thank you Pure Energy for coming out quickly for such a simple job. "
