They recently finished the project to install a drip sprinkler system, a new backflow system, several different flowing shrubs to add color and texture to the property, and even repaired several areas of my old flagstone path to spruce things up. "We hired Preferred Landscaping to replace our run down lawn with Syn lawn and power wash our pavers and replace the sand. They were easy to communicate with and understood what we were looking for as far as design. We ended up having some trouble with our downspout drainage and asked if they could add that to the job and Dave very quickly accommodated us and was able to take care of that as well. All the guys on the crew were polite and friendly. We now have a beautiful backyard that we are proud for people to see. We are so happy with our choice!"

The quote Francisco provided included removal of the old grass, the preparation, soil amendments, fertilizer and new sod for significantly less than the three other quotes I received. "The project went great. It was the best end-to-end experience I think I've ever had working with a contractor for a project at my house. Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. I was impressed by how quickly they worked through the project, they completely cleaned up any mess they had made, and my front yard looks fabulous!
