He was very accommodating to our schedule, he showed up when he said he would, he he was professional and pleasant, and he was quite helpful in working with us to decide what to do with the yard. Jake kept excellent communication with me while we were planning the project. My work hours are crazy, so he had to do some careful time management to fit me in. He worked with my ridiculous schedule, and was able to arrange a time convenient for me. Once we settled on a plan of action, Jake took care of everything! He let me know before he was going to arrive. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He started work immediately! Throughout the project, Jake checked in with me periodically to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress, and he even took the time to offer suggestions I had not thought of to improve the landscape. He worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. When he was done with the yard, I was at a loss of words to describe the work! I think I said "wow" about a dozen times. It doesn't even look like the same yard! His price was MORE than reasonable, and I really could not be happier with the work or with the experience. In this era of increasingly poor work ethic and corner-cutting, it is nice to know that there is at least one company I can rely on for professionalism, thoroughness, quality, and COURTESY. "I purchased a Spring Clean Up Special for mid May, date dependent on weather. It was a rainy week with our backyard swamped. I recommended they put me off a week for the yard to dry up. I was told the crew works rain or shine & a delay on my part would put me at the back of the line. The 2 man crew arrived and they agreed the backyard was too wet and working it would trench the lawn. I recommended they work the front yard and return to finish the job after a few dry days. The office makes it simple for themselves and considered my job as DONE rather than incomplete.. If I wanted to start from scratch they would allow me to purchase another Spring Clean Up Special rate for the backyard & would be scheduled at the back of the line for mid June. The landscape team was great, the office manager is great, but just be warned that the Company has a policy that doesn't care about following through with their commitment. ."

"I originally just wanted rose bushes taken out of the front yard, and new bushes planted. Then in the back yard I wanted a 25 ft section to have 5 different flowering bushes, and another area to be filled in with plants to help with it being continually wet. Working with Aaron was great, he gave me recommendations and insight as to what would and would not work. Once I made my decisions his team was out to do the work as the weather permitted. Once they had completed the work it looked so good we decided to have more landscaping done. This is a great company and the customer service was excellent. Aaron was very easy to work with and I would definitely use this company again."
