He also created a nice walkway and found someone to do a wrought iron gate. He also created a flagstone and pebble walkway in the backyard. He also put in a cement slab and put in a storage shed. He has done everything really well with respect for the property and the environment. He has integrity."

Put in drainage, has the downspout going into the new pipe he put in, and it empties into the swale that borders my house.
