"Excellent work laying out a residential landscape using pine bark with river stone walkways lined by larger rocks creating decorative paths for low maintenance, water conserving and weed free garden access. Also pleased with light carpentry to repair fence gates, reinforce some wobbly fence posts, and also hauling away fallen branches and leaves. Always show up on time, review what is to be done and a walk-through afterwards to be sure I'm satisfied with everything. A polite and professional team. "Reasonable quote was given by Mr Hien Hoang, H&H Landscaping, on July 2020. Due to budget constraints , I told Hien to schedule the work on October 5, 2020. Concerting work was done in the whole backyard, patio, left side and right side of my house in Pittsburg within 4 days. His crew showed up everyday at 7 am, were very efficient and productive, professional, did not waste time. I took pictures everyday and was impressed with work progress. Concrete pouring was done on 4th day starting at 6am. Quality of work is excellent. And because of his workmanship, reasonable pricing, and professionalism, I am hiring Mr Hien Hoang again for my next project, which is to concrete the front yard, right side, to install retaining wall and add parking scheduled for end of October 2020."

Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan. "Our backyard was basically been a dirt pit for the six years that we ve lived in our house. We decided that we wanted to have our broken patio removed and replaced and we knew we wanted grass for our kids to play on during the pandemic. Friends told us to get quotes months in advance because they all had to wait for landscape companies to do the work. I started the process of emailing local Livermore businesses to get quotes on a Monday. Dan called me back within about 20 minutes and set up a time to come by the next morning. We reviewed what we wanted, which was quite outside of the typical homeowner here. We have a mid-century Eichler style house and wanted a patio design that reflected the period with veins of rock separating concrete slabs. Dan seemed slightly skeptical, but after showing him pictures he got onboard and completely embraced the design. He gave us a totally reasonable quote and indicated that he could start work the next day! We were shocked since we thought no one would be able to start for months. We decided to go with Dan s team without getting any other quotes (seems crazy, but we trusted him). His team was perfectly on time every day, worked unbelievably hard and fast and in just under two weeks our backyard is better than we ever dreamed it could be. In addition to the patio and grass, the team dug trenches to send all of our downspouts to the street ( we had no idea that was possible). They created a raised garden bed, removed a tree, planted 3 new trees and several ornamental vines and plants, leveled our side yard and installed a path and installed an entirely new automatic watering and sprinkler system. Although we chose drought tolerant grass, Dan was very clear about the importance of the right watering schedule and lawn care. Right after the project was done, we had a major heatwave and the grass survived with Dan s protocol and is now thriving with 12 min of water a day. Finally, Dan went on vacation and Charli, his supervisor took over and didn t miss a beat. We will be calling them again as soon as we save up for the front yard. I wish I could post pictures!"
