Always on time, kind and friendly, they knew what they were doing, very professional, very clear in each step they had to do in my backyard and fair price. We got multiple quotes and they were near the higher end but I knew I wanted to go with these guys after talking with the owner. They did a thorough job, showed up everyday, cleaned daily, worked everything down to the finest details. Honestly a pleasure to work with. "I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. "He did a great job on the chair I asked him to refinish"

"General masonry was very knowledgeable , professional and capable. Andi and his men were not only skilled craftsmen but were very easy to work with. They built a beautiful walkway with decorative stone landscaping. They even returned two days later, without additional cost, to wash the pavers and deck as well as make sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with their meticulous and caring work ethic and would certainly use them again."

"Ken was very easy to work with and obviously knows his business. He let us know promptly if he was running late on starting the project, and after that showed up on time and worked well until the project was completed. This was a tricky project, finishing work started by others, and using a limited supply of special wood trim. He was able to accomplish everything to our satisfaction and we would recommend him completely."
