Out of the 3 companies we evaluated and measured against our needs Landscapes by Terra was the ONLY choice for us. Many companies to pavers well, many specialize in pavilions or decks, etc, etc, only landscapes by terra do it all and take all of the risk out of the equation and it’s due to their consulting and engagement process. I rarely ever submit reviews online but this company is more than a cut above everyone else. If you want the job done right and exactly in line with your vision there is no other choice in central Ohio. You pay for what you get. Landscapes by terra came in at a much higher cost of everyone else and we gladly spent the money and we are gladly going to enjoy what they built for years and years to come and we would gladly spend the money again. They will be the first place I call for anything. They even warranty their work for ten years which is unheard of in the industry!"

"Jerry and his crew did an outstanding job with our landscaping needs. First Jerry was very quick to respond to an estimate request. They did the work for half the price of another quote that I received and I couldn't be happier with the results. They came out about a week after the initial estimate and did the edging, weeding and mulching for our beds and trees in the front and back of the house on the first day then came back the next day to do the mulching and minor sod replacement. Highly recommended."

They did everything with excellence. They put concrete under the border wall. They broke up an old concrete patio and repoured it correctly with good stones and rebar. "We contacted Landscapes by Terra probly back in January 2019 along with 5 or 6 other contractors we found to give us bids on a paver patio project we were very curious about having quoted and designed based on some of what we had already came up with. After meeting with all of our contractors we had narrowed it down to three, Terra being one of them. My wife being as thorough as she is made up questions and checklist etc (ask Ben) to grade the contractors on. Some were simple things like being punctual, to knowledgeable and passionate about our plans. Ben was hitting on all cylinders. Of course I had my reservations about Ben being he is in sales/design but he went out of his way to accommodate our schedule Saturdays, nights, text, calls, meeting at the paver yard etc. Ultimately his design I think is what really won our decision to go with Terra. With that being said Terra offers a whooping 10 year warranty and this was a massive project and rightly expensive project. When we compared what we was getting with the warranty it was a easy choice. So we signed a contract with Terra. Terra offers many financing options which was nice to have some options though we ultimately went with an equity line. So Seth our project manager which we had known by name from Ben was equally knowledgeable and responsive. Any issues/questions we had, I now had 2 solid guys I could contact and was immediately taken care. Well it only gets better Francesco was our Forman and his help was Carlos. Now these two I mean I can't EXPRESS enough the attention to detail and care they took at every step. Simple things that often go unnoticed I took note of. Professional hard working great guys! "Joe was prompt in his arrival to help me design our project - a combined paver walk and patio. He listened to my ideas and his team, Brian and Donovan, created an atmosphere that is welcoming and absolutely beautiful. The guys worked hard in digging the foundation for the walkway and patio in high temperatures. They are to be commended for their work ethics! There are several curves in the project so they had to cut the pavers and bricks. That's a tough job in itself but they did it to perfection. If you want your project to look like a promo in a landscape magazine, then you need to hire Aura Gardens."
