"Tim is a professional who gets the homeowners involved in the process of choosing plants and materials for the job, which we liked a lot, even down to the color and texture of mulch. We removed grass front and back, replaced with a rock stream and succulent plants in the front, plus removed the concrete walk to the front door with pavers. Out back, added artificial turf for the dogs, new fence and a rock wall to hold the soil along with plants and sago palm around our pool and spa. My wife and I highly recommend Tim and his team of professionals. The largest project was making my yard drought resistant and included the placing of plants and rocks, sprinkler system changes and building a long stone seating area. I first encountered Pablo, when I submitted a request for quote on Angi in October 2021 for a contractor to investigate a potential leak in my outdoor irrigation system. From the outset, I was very impressed with Pablo's responsiveness and conscientiousness. He and Joe investigated the potential leak and determined that it was not a leak after all. The location in question doesn't receive much sunlight and once wet it remains wetter than the rest of the yard for quite a while. Following the work, Pablo ensured that the area was returned to its previous condition, which pleased me very much. In fact, I was so impressed that I asked Pablo to take on the regular maintenance of my yard. Since that time, Pablo has improved the appearance of my home by completing trimming, pruning, weeding and other tasks during his regular visits. "I hired Green Land after meeting with almost a dozen landscape contractors. Jay met with us and went over our plans. Unprompted, he also showed us 4-5 different recent jobs that he had completed. Each of the owners greeted us and encouraged us to look no further. We are happy we ended up choosing Green Land. Theyve done a lot of houses in the La Costa area of Carlsbad and some in Del Mar. Really high end work. PROS: Workmanship. Attention to detail. Our pool was built in 2016 and we have had ZERO issues. Overall design was amazing. It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too."

"On time and on budget- Surprised that's not part of the rating system here! My husband and I are elated with the work Palm did for us. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride.
