"ForeverLawn PennOhio did turf replacement project on a deck that runs the entire length of my house, approximately 40 feet. They lifted an existing indoor outdoor carpet without disrupting the underlying water proofing. They then applied a turf surface, which resembles a putting surface. The edging turf is like the second cut of a putting green and is sculpted. The grass all looks very realistic and lush and cushioned. Nice to walk on and looks great. The placed two putting cups into the surface which adds to the fun. The crews are professional, courteous and neat. Jim and Betty Leone are great to work with. "I hired Blackburn Companies to do a major renovation on my 1890s farmhouse. This was a major project that involved adding a 1500 sq ft addition as well demolishing and rebuilding a second floor room. Nathan was the general contractor and managed all the other quality subcontractors - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Roofing and Siding. HIs crew did the framing and finish work. The job was done on time and within budget. Nathan worked with on all scope changes and are extremely pleased with the final product. The before (an outdated yellow sided house) and the after (an updated green farmhouse)."

Sure enough he called and his crew along with him showed up and proceeded to transform a dull lifeless landscape into a work of art."

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."
