We've called them back recently to change the motion light on the back of our house. We already had a fixture there so they just needed to put in something different (~$250). Everything I was seeing at Home Depot got poor reviews and I was sick of changing lightbulbs. Daniel responded to my emails in a timely manner and always answered the phone when I called. But also, we were a few minutes late getting to the house and he was in the front fixing the lights (repositioning b/c we'd had landscaping done) they had installed a few years ago!!
