Raul made sure he explained everything and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. I never met anyone that went that extra mile for his clients. What really impressed me was that everytime I called or texted him he always replied back in a timely manner. Communication was open and honest. Raul's team was great to work with. Especially, Javier (team leader.) Javier listened to our ideas, offered options and made suggestions. He gave us a time frame for which we could expect the different parts to be completed. The project was completed in a very timely manner. His team was very professional. Part of the project included dealing with drainage problems in the area in which the patio was to be built. We are incredibly pleased with that outcome, too. Javier always had a smile and a positive attitude. Javier always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. "Jesus Varela -Terrainy Landscape responded to my inquiry almost immediately & was very professional and articulate. The quote was very fair, in fact, I was a bit surprised at the price, for the amount of work required. I asked him if he included the stump grinding in the quote & he said he actually forgot to include the cost for stump grinding, but he would honor the quote anyway. I simply couldnâ t allow him to do that, so he modified the quote to include stump grinding & I accepted it. He updated me throughout the project, with photos & status & completed the project in a timely manner. I actually had until 03/14/24 to abate my vacant lot, but I was able to contact â Code Enforcementâ this a.m. to let them know the lot is ready for their inspection. I am a very satisfied customer & will most likely be hiring Jesus Varela -Terrainy Landscape for future projects. He also made a recommendation for additional work, on my lot and Iâ m currently awaiting his quote for that work. "After getting many quotes we decided to have Hector and his crew install turf throughout our back yard. Leading up to and during the job, Hector was always available and super responsive to calls and texts. They did a fantastic job of following our design and made our life a whole lot easier for landscaping the rest of the yard. "It went extremely well for the most part. We worked with Mike, who was very responsive and helpful. We took a long time to decide on which turf, and insisted on seeing several types in place on some lawns to help us figure out which one to buy. Good thing we did! Ones we liked in a one-foot square looked so fake when seen on the actual lawn, and we wanted something that looked as real as possible. Mike went out of his way to make sure we had access to all the possibilities, and came out several times to help us with the decision process. We finally picked a turf after driving all over to see their work in place. Once we decided which one we wanted, the work was done very quickly, and it looks fabulous. They've returned to fix up a few loose ends, and will also be repairing some damage that occurred when the recent rains caused an animal statue to topple over and poke a hole in the brand new turf. We're getting tons of compliments on how everything looks, and we love it too!"
