He then returned within two days and worked several hours well into the dark of night to complete this work on the tight schedule I needed. Victor has a language barrier with speaking English, but explained to me that he uses a translation app to communicate. And the language barrier did not prevent him from communicating very promptly and courteously to every single text communication. In fact, his communication was far more attentive than anyone I have ever hired who speaks English as a first language.
