"I would like to sing the praises of Alan & Liz's landscaping company, Limitless Landscape. My daughter, Annalies, discovered them online and I am very happy that she did. I had front yard that was very much in need of large-scale repair including collapsing retaining walls on both sides of the driveway. From the beginning of the project, when my daughter & I were expressing what we wanted the vaguest of terms, Liz turned those vague ideas into a design and then a real working plan. Over the course of the project, we made some minor tweaks in the original plan; for those times, we sat down with Liz and Alan and ironed out what was possible and what wasn't. We had good luck with the weather and most days went smoothly with only a couple of rain days in a four-week fall project. With respect to the men who did the work itself, they were terrific. They were friendly. They were responsive when I would make occasional requests during the course of the project: for example, I want to save that old railroad tie but not that one...that type of request. Alan himself was frequently on-site helping/working too. I always felt absolutely secure with the honesty of these gentlemen working; that was important to me after a bad experience in a large window project a few years ago where a theft occurred from inside my house. That incident put me off contracted home repair projects for quite a while. Limitless Landscape has helped restore my confidence in contractors. So, I would heartily recommend Limitless Landscape. They will do a wonderful job for you! Oh and by the way, I'm am continuing to get compliments from the neighbors about my front yard and that makes me happy!"

"We got an immediate response when we reached out to them. They came out and gave us a rough estimate on the job and a timetable when they were available. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they were very transparent with when they would start and how long the job would take. When they came out to build the retaining wall, they were very respectful of our property and our neighbors. They warned us that their equipment might tear up the yard, but in the end I didn’t see any damage at all. They kept us updated on how the job was going through the process and where plans needed to be adjusted so we could decide what we wanted and how we would like to proceed. The quality of the retaining wall they built for us is amazing. I am so pleased with the result, it looks fantastic and has stood up to several hard storms so far without any soil loss. Overall they were courteous, communicative, and kind throughout, and I couldn’t be happier with the retaining wall they built for us. He installed a whole house surge protector to my panel, and also a surge protector to my AC unit. I have a tricky light fixture in the front yard, he will be back on Monday with the parts to repair it. In the future if I have any electrical needs, I will definitely call Mr. Sparky."

Due to shade, dog damage, etc., our back yard had turned into a mud yard.  The grass had thinned or died, and the soil had then eroded away.  Penton?s team added a few of inches of soil and then covered the soil with sod.

I first want to praise the Penton team for showing up when they said they would and doing what they agreed to do.  My back yard was transformed from mud yard to thick lawn.  My only complaint is with the damage done to my front yard while moving soil and sod to the back yard.  I understand that some damage is inevitable, but the other landscapers that I have seen put boards down to limit the heavy equipment damage.  Penton?s team instead put down narrow sod patches to cover the tracks left by their track steer.  This left a very uneven patch of lawn, with high tracks where the sod was set bordered by low ?barrow pit? areas.  Friends and neighbors have literally tripped due to the very uneven strips.  I don?t know how the damage can be repaired without stripping, leveling, and then re-sodding the area.

I?m very thankful for the work that John?s team did for us, but I get a little angry every time I mow the damaged area.
