"I reached out Carmelos landscape 2 days ago. They responded via email within 30 minutes. They asked for my address and then sent me an estimate which is more than fair. They then sent me a confirmation and that a team would be out within 2 days. They were out the next day. I was not home but they proceeded to perform the work even though i had not paid yet. When i got home i was Extremely impressed with the way the lawn looked especially since it was overgrown and in bad shape. The team took great care of my property and cleaned up. When completed they called me and i offered to drop off a check but they said no worries and that i could pay online which was soooo convenient. Carmelos is professional , trusting, ontime and just plain nice. I moved to the area and i will be using them for the summer and in the winter they will be doing snow removal. He was extremely thorough in his layout of what he could do for us based on what we wanted - poor man - we had him give us a contract 3 times because we kept adding on to the project. Luke is probably one of the most knowledgeable people we have ever met. He gave us some good ideas on how we should landscape; his estimate/contract was extremely thorough and left no doubt in what he would be doing and what we would be paying for. But it is not just Luke (owner); all his workers were more than great - Martine, Devon, Ivan and Brian.
