I initially hired Tom to do spring clean- up on my yard and a consultation on updating the existing landscaping. He has a very good vision of what can be done and divided the work into phases, which made it easy to schedule and let me know the individual cost of each phase. I am more than pleased with the work that has done and plan to continue working with Tom in the future. I have already scheduled fall clean-up and have contracted him to do my snow plowing. "Brian was prompt and courteous when responding to our quote request. This was a large project ($13k was quoted). All said and done, however, we were invoiced for 30% more in cost overrun. We did work with Brian to come to an agreement on a final amount, however we found in a couple weeks that the workers had not installed landscaping fabric in several places where they had been instructed (and we had already paid final invoice). Brian sent out a crew to remedy within days. This would have been a 3-star review had Brian not worked with us to rectify concerns and remedy faulty work."
