"I am very pleased with the back-yard patio Conrad and his crew installed. Cost was very competitive. Timeline for project was very close to original estimate. Conrad was very helpful in helping us make final design decisions, especially on picking the paver block style and color. He also promptly addressed all of me concerns, even though they were mostly minor. His crew also worked with me to get the final outline of the patio, with many curves. Del Mar Landscaping is definitely on the top of my list for any future landscaping work."

"My husband and I have been thinking for several months to get convert our backyard to a drought tolerant landscape. We want to lower our water bill as much as possible and revamp our yard and get it ready for summer. We decided to hire Motti because we felt he gave us the best presentation of ideas for the yard and his background knowledge of landscaping. We had our grass ripped off completely and remove very old sprinklers. The crew planted about 50 California Native and desert type plants with a new irrigation and removal of a Yucca type tree, with stump and roots. DG and rocks were also installed. Overall the project came out great. We are happy and will call Motti for our next project (Front yard)."

On both sides, they added turf to keep it clean without all the upkeep. They also helped plan the space, so it flows better with the rest of the property. The whole project looks sharp and feels easy to manage. The team worked quickly and kept us updated the entire time. It's worth it."

"Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones. We are happy we choose G & L and plan to use them again next year when we tackle our front yard."

"Hired them to fertilize both front and back yards (with manure) and to clean the flower beds. We are not a large lot and they charged $480. Overall they did a nice job but during the estimate we clearly spoke about one particular flower bed where the landscaper asked me how much we wanted ?trimmed and cleaned out? and I stated he would need to discuss with my wife when they came. When my wife broached the topic with them they said they were unprepared to do any trimming? I?m not sure what value of the $480 would have been attributed to that but certainly as a result we overpaid. My only suggestion would be to make sure you get what they are doing in writing. Also I would get another quote against the one they give you. Talking to another ?pro? through the app (who offered a bid after I had hired Luna) was about $100 less."
