We ordered the sod and the day before it was delivered Alberto and his crew came by and completed the grading work and returned the next day and layed the sod. The oriental tress and anything over 6inches in diameter was left. They know how to conserve the environment, leave the the natural beauty, yet clean out the area for better visibility.
