"The layout was supposed to be the same on both sides of my yard but it wasn't so they had to rearrange the fllowers in that area. They never came out or showed up to do that and kept giving me excuses. For a week she kept telling me they would be out and also offered to throw in some additional services (removing a tree stump and some weed whacking and grass seed) Her husband finally came out and did rearrange the flowers but the extra services that were offered were not done. When I asked her about it she said she would have to come out and do it herself since her husband didn't. She never contacted me again after that. I also discovered that none of the flowers and things that were planted were never even watered on the day this was done. I really feel they were dishonest and deceiving and did not fulfill their promises."
