We also followed his plan to properly deaden the previous yard. Eddie took the initiative to regrade the yard for low maintenance and sensible irrigation, while suggesting other details that would eliminate future problems. The fabulous work that Eddie and his crew performed became its own advertisement as onlookers were requesting his business card. "There are many landscapers that would be happy to come to your house for a major project. I was in need of a relatively small repair. I requested several quotes and all except one responded that they were not interested for one reason or another except Genaro at Landscaping Bay Area. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my problem and was very courteous. While I had a small problem I can only imagine what he would be capable of accomplishing on a larger scale project. I would highly recommend this man and his company! PS I had no idea how to make these repairs myself. He never asked for any money. I gave him $120. and he said no and then handed me back $20. I wanted it to be as pleasant an experience for him as it was for me so I insisted. (I also didn't want to lose such a valuable resource.)"

Bob had a lot of great ideas to make the kennel and dog turf super secure, so our dog could not dig his way out or damage the area. "I had a big slab installed and it was done timely, but the quality was not great. instead of installing multiple guides to ensure a good, flat slab, they just installed around the edges. The result is a slab that is not perfectly flat. in addition, they were short on concrete by a little so they spread it more than they should have towards the end. The owner said he would stop by to look at it and he never did. I did not follow up with him again when he did not come, so if I had I am guessing he would have come. At the beginning he said their price is their price and there is not a budget option so based on this I expect I received the best quality they are capable of, and it is not perfect. The yard looks better than it used to but in hindsight I might have gone with a cheaper option for the quality of the job."
