What really impressed me was that everytime I called or texted him he always replied back in a timely manner. Communication was open and honest. Raul's team was great to work with. Especially, Javier (team leader.) Javier listened to our ideas, offered options and made suggestions. He gave us a time frame for which we could expect the different parts to be completed. The project was completed in a very timely manner. His team was very professional. Part of the project included dealing with drainage problems in the area in which the patio was to be built.
