"This project could not have gone better, and it could not have been handled more professionally.  This required absolutely backbreaking work on the part of John's team.  Richie and his crew did an amazing job rebuilding our patio (it look beautiful - thank you!) and the team that scraped, cleared, re-graded and re-sodded the yard was professional, efficient and wonderful to work with.
John and his managers are a hands-on group.  I happened to be working from home part of one of the days that the team was on-site.  John or one of his leads stopped by the house 3-4 times during the day to check on the progress of the job, guide the team and make sure we were still on schedule.  John also checked in every day or so on email, which is much appreciated.  He has even checked in after the job was completed with quick tips on managing new sod through this hot dry weather we've had.
We have worked with John on 4-5 different projects and he and the team have done incredible work each time.  His crews are managed well, are very professional, and treat your home/yard with respect (many companies in this space do not).

"Fantastic work! We called Roberto around 5 PM to discuss uprooting and relocating ~ 12 shrubs and adding sod in our front yard. He showed up at 6 PM to discuss the required work and we got a quote. "We had a completely defunct lawn and had consulted with several lawn care specialist who recommended expensive sod. John can our saw my yard and my dog and suggested that sod was not best and that we could get a good result with hydro seeding. We now have a lush green lawn and I believe it is more likely to stay that way as it was home grown. How great to find someone who did not try to do the most expensive restoration but the most appropriate for our yard. He also took us to the nursery to find some new shrubs and installed these as well. We will be using his service for lawn care going forward."

"I tried Sod for my yard twice but my German Shepard killed it. I figured I give this a try and it has been two weeks so far and I feel it is one of the best things I have done.
