After reading enough reviews we contacted the company to do electrical upgrades in our older home. The experience we observed obligated us to add this review. All members are professional, polite, and reliable to work with. From the initial contact through its completion we had a pleasant experience. First Billy ( the estimator) provided us the estimate, listing in detail the work entails, materials required, time involved, and the options available for the home. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. First day Gary, the team leader, called and gave us enough time prior to his arrival. Thereafter, each day he arrived on time, and explained what he needed to do. He is diligent, conscientious, and devoted to his work at hand. All crew members were attentive to Gary and to be commended for their role as team players. At the end of each day they cleaned up the place before leaving. "I am more than happy with the work done by TVO! The 3 workers did a beautiful job paving and installing the fire pit, even in the rain! They came when they said they would, much sooner than anyone else, and they were done by the end of the week! They cleaned up everything and reseeded the grass. Ty was wonderful crunching the numbers for us. He also came to the house every day while the work was being done, answering all questions and making sure the workers had everything they needed. I am already planning on hiring them again for another back yard project!"
