"The owner initially came to my home to assess the work I needed to have done. He is very knowledgeable about landscaping. The time he spent upfront was greatly appreciated as he fully understood to my landscaping needs. He had great ideas on how to replant a tree, recommend how to control grubs and how to properly care for specific plants. Once the project began the owner was no longer involved. In fact, I never saw him again. In addition to his landscaping services I had him give me a bid for painting my new fence and yard fence. The painting itself was very nicely done however, the worker(s) were careless and left several oil based paint spots damaging 15-20 of my brand new pavers. When I addressed this with The Owner he replied via email his worker(s) told him they didn’t do it. I provided pictures of the pavers as proof to substantiate my claim. The Owner had his lead come by our home to fix a sprinkler head that was covered during sod repair and to remove these stains. When I reached out to The Owner again he solely relied upon his lead who promptly told him the oil based paint stains were removed. The stains still remain, I’ve contacted my pavers company who clearly stated “oil based paint cannot be removed!” It became blatantly obvious the owner was siding with employee. In fact, The Owner not once has stepped foot on my property since he took the bid. He never came to oversee the project and all contact with him has been via email or text. Lastly, we were in agreement to plant a new tree. As of this review, I have never heard back and there was never any follow up as to when this would be done. I really had high hopes In the beginning and I am very disappointed in The Owner’s project management. He appears to be knowledgeable but my recommendation is that he needs to manage his team, stay closer to the project and make an attempt to do a final walk through. Lastly his hourly bill rate was inconsistent vs. negotiated. Hourly rate doubled for final day of painting which I regretfully paid."

"Great service, price and finished product. BlueStar is very easy to work with and finished the project on time. I plan on using them again when it's time for another landscaping project!"

"I’m so happy we hired DL Landscaping. They completely transformed my backyard with new turf, concrete, fencing, tree trimming and sprinkler system at an extremely fair price. The work was top quality and materials used were top of the line and work done in a timely manner to meet schedule. I highly recommend this company and Daniel’s team. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family for landscaping needs. 10/10 stars."

"We couldn't be happier. Jamie and his crew were outstanding. They removed old turf, rototilled in compost, installed a new sprinkler system and an underground drain and then installed Bolero sod. They showed up every day and worked nonstop until the job was completed. Jaime's attention to detail is amazing."

"Jacques Landscaping was very prompt to come out to do a formal evaluation and estimate for our project. Bob had a lot of great ideas to make the kennel and dog turf super secure, so our dog could not dig his way out or damage the area. So far two weeks post project, the kennel is holding up well with no damage to dog or kennel! The only thing that might have been better is communication about when work would be done and consistency of workers to complete the job, but they got us in promptly, and we are grateful for that."

"Mark was great and the quality of work was excellent. Our project was completed as quoted and finished on time. In comparison to other landscaping firms we have hired, Capital City Landscape Development outshined them all."

"I would highly recommend Forever-Green Cali. They are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their profession. After an initial consultation with the owner, John, who provided recommendations based on my vision for my front yard. He made great suggestions that I would never have thought of, which made my yard beautiful and efficient with rocks that I love."

"I was interested in renewing and upgrading my driveway and walkway in front, as well as expand my back yard patio to include an RV pad and add an outdoor kitchen. Being in the constriction trades myself, I tend to be a bit cautious (skeptical and critical) when dealing with contractors. Over time, I acquired ideas and quotes from many businesses both large and small for my projects. I settled on California Exteriors and would confidently recommend to friends and clients or use them again myself because: 1) Total price was competitive (the low bidder was dubious at best) 2) They seemed best in tune with my requests and expectations and did not try to up-sell me or avoid difficult parts/ideas. 3) The timeline and work focus was important...they planned to get in and get out efficiently and not stretch the process out. I did not want the material and equipment sitting around for weeks irritating my wife and neighbors. 4) Heidi and Mark were very straightforward and honest. 5) The crew was kind and courteous with my family and neighbors as well as obviously experienced and skilled. Finally, the job went well and the end result was great. All on a budget!!! Pleasant experience with no surprises..."

"Best gardener I've had in 17 years at my current residence. Prior gardeners could only do part of the multi-tasking job adequately. Isidro's does sprinkler systems well, hedge trimming, lawn maintenance and even some tree pruning. I hope to keep him as long as possible because prior gardeners either were of poor quality or better ones "went commercial only" or moved out of the area/changed professions."
