In the back yard, demo of a small patio, and pouring of a huge decorative concrete surface, plus new sod and irrigation. I plan to hire Alex next year to revamp the flower beds in the back as that piece had to wait. Alex and his team were absolutely outstanding. Attention to detail, such as the drainage system, and overall expertise resulted in a complete transformation. Pricing was competitive. Alex was very pleasant to work with. "Bob Jacques was amazing, a super personable and honest guy. I would recommend him to anyone! He came with a co-worker and they did a fantastic job. I had a multitude of things wrong with my front and backyard lawns. His co-worker Jose was in the front laying out a filler section grass. Bob was in the backyard adjusting the water flow of the sprinkler heads, and changing each one as needed, he did the same for the front yard. He also told me that fescue grass likes to grow tall and I’ll scalp it if I go too short. So he went out of his way to adjust my lawnmower higher so when I cut the grass it’s higher. He also told me to mix ammonium sulfate with a regular fertilizer half and half mixture with nitrate. He was a very knowledgeable guy, and super affordable. He’s an honest guy!"

"I had a big slab installed and it was done timely, but the quality was not great. instead of installing multiple guides to ensure a good, flat slab, they just installed around the edges. The result is a slab that is not perfectly flat. in addition, they were short on concrete by a little so they spread it more than they should have towards the end. The owner said he would stop by to look at it and he never did. I did not follow up with him again when he did not come, so if I had I am guessing he would have come. At the beginning he said their price is their price and there is not a budget option so based on this I expect I received the best quality they are capable of, and it is not perfect. The yard looks better than it used to but in hindsight I might have gone with a cheaper option for the quality of the job."

He also created a nice walkway and found someone to do a wrought iron gate. He also created a flagstone and pebble walkway in the backyard. He also put in a cement slab and put in a storage shed. He has done everything really well with respect for the property and the environment. He has integrity."
