"Jim, the Lead Designer came out on Sunday Morning after a call to me on Saturday Evening. He called me less than five minutes after I had filled out the Home Advisor request. He worked tirelessly to find the issue with our Up Lights not working. After some time he found the problem and the lights work and are reset to come back on tonight.
