"I reached out Carmelos landscape 2 days ago. They responded via email within 30 minutes. They asked for my address and then sent me an estimate which is more than fair. They then sent me a confirmation and that a team would be out within 2 days. They were out the next day. I was not home but they proceeded to perform the work even though i had not paid yet. When i got home i was Extremely impressed with the way the lawn looked especially since it was overgrown and in bad shape. The team took great care of my property and cleaned up. "We have had Artistic Treescapes replace mulch, trim trees and design and construction a new flower bed over the past few years. The crew doing the work are very conscientious and professional. We are very pleased with the work product. Prices are fair.We have had multiple favorable comments from our neighbors about their work.Our only concern is that it sometimes takes 3 or 4 phone calls or emails to even get a response from Jeff. Although this can possibly be explained this year with the shutdown, this has also happened in the past. We would definitely use Artistic Treescapes for any landscape work in the future."
