"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The remediation was thorough, precise, and completed to a very high standard. They didn't cut any corners and ensured that everything was cleaned and restored perfectly before finishing the job. "Andi is the only mason who will ever work on my house. My house is the gray cape in several photos of his websites . He tackled a very steep incline and built magnificent tiered walls, blue stone steps and walkways, and the patio around my pool. He has also built retaining walls, several walk ways and patios for my home. He recently put up stone veneer on my chimney. Andi is a friend, and truly a man of his word. Andi has vision and he always makes time to talk with you about not just what you want, but what you may need, without ever going over the desired budget. If you want quality work, done on time and on budget he is your guy. His crew is as respectful as he is and I cannot express how happy I found him."

"Nick was great to work with from project scoping. through project modifications through project completion. Treated the job as if he was working on his own yard. Very professional, prompt and efficient. Highly recommend."

"I hired Phil's to remove my old broken in-ground pool and regrade part of my yard. They did an excellent job and I will hire them again for any more projects I have in the yard."

"Our lawn was a mess .. despite fertilizing and liming and seeding for years it was a weedy crabgrass mess. We interviewed 5 groups and TLM was our top choice. They didn’t offer the same old fertilizing schedule and instead told about slicing first. He was so meticulous in his work. Now people stop us when walking by the house to comment on the green carpet"
