G&R stained the entire deck by hand (including the lattice work). Gave me a good price and stayed with that price. The deck was 35 years old, but you couldn't tell by looking at it now. He came through with a very very reasonable number for the fence that I wanted and also his labor rate was quite reasonable as well. I chose an 8 ft by 6 ft fence...
