Although it was not a big project, Charlie agreed to do it and he sent to my house 2 guys that took out the old concrete and to do a new one with a nice design. "They came on the correct day and did the work.  Once they arrived, they called me to say the cost would be an extra $50 because of the square footage.  they were previously cleaned by another company for $100.00.  They left several patches of wet leaves from the gutters on the lawn.
