"After receiving 3 quotes for replacing my deteriorating retaining wall, I chose J&R Chavez Landscaping. Positive reviews, the owner’s assessment, and a reasonable estimate convinced me. I accepted their bid on December 29, 2025. J&R submitted the permit request two days later. Unfortunately, the permit was approved on February 13, 2026, outside contractor control. Work began on February 16, with a good crew working when weather permitted. Delays due to quite bad winter were unavoidable. They discovered the old wall lacked a proper footing so the estimate was adjusted to install a new footing. Jose was transparent about necessary adjustments. The installation took until April 4, 2026, due to weather delays and town inspections. I’m very pleased with the strong, well-drained wall. I enjoyed dealing with J&R Chavez Landscaping with two small issues, communication about delays could be improved and Jose never got back to me about some agreed post job landscaping. Still, great job."

"Brian is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the landscaping process. He was happy to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Allshouse for your landscaping needs."

"To say it went perfect would be an understatement. We could not be more pleased with the craftmanship, the staff, the materials, and the professional construction we had done from this company. The photos of both bathrooms do not even do it justice because we can't capture the entire room with one photo. We have never had such amazing construction done by any contractor in the 32 years of home ownership, prior to this company. They do it all. Indoor, outdoor, heavy construction, light construction. They had to relocate HVAC ducts, plumbing, electric, and move some walls. They are a one-stop shop!! Prices were extremely reasonable."

"I met with Fernando from Pavor Boss, LLC on Friday, September 12, 2025 and he completed my landscaping Monday, September 15, 2025. He did an outstanding job. He is very personable, professional, and knows what he is doing. I have his business cards and will pass them on to my friends."

"We were about to scrap our project after the first contractor Beltway Builders came out for an estimate. The price they quoted was so high we were going to forgoe this project and spend the money elsewhere. The 7th state builders came out and their representative Dan was knowledgeable, professional and worked with me to come up with a design we loved and met our budget which was half the price quoted by Beltway Builders. It really felt like he cared more about our satisfaction than getting as much money as he could from us."

"These guys were fast, professional, and respectful of my property. They even secured both gates before leaving. I am so happy with the job they did. My budget was tight and they got the job done in no time. My yard looks absolutely amazing and the edge work was fantastic! They even blew off the hard surfaces leaving a polished job. Hire them! I plan on it!! Sincerely, A Happy customer!"
