"My husband and I have been thinking for several months to get convert our backyard to a drought tolerant landscape. We want to lower our water bill as much as possible and revamp our yard and get it ready for summer. We decided to hire Motti because we felt he gave us the best presentation of ideas for the yard and his background knowledge of landscaping. We had our grass ripped off completely and remove very old sprinklers. The crew planted about 50 California Native and desert type plants with a new irrigation and removal of a Yucca type tree, with stump and roots. DG and rocks were also installed. Overall the project came out great. We are happy and will call Motti for our next project (Front yard)."

"We cannot say enough positive things about 24 KT Green and their owner, Tom Hollow. From our initial consultation, Tom was pleasure to work with. He was always on-time for our appointments and once work commenced, he kept us up to date on the schedule. When an unforeseen problem occurred related to tree roots obstructing a yard drain, he clearly explained the problem, his recommended solution and, upon our approval, took care of the issue. I appreciated his collaborative approach to the landscape design. He laid out a wonderful garden plan which incorporated my preferences. He clearly listened to my ideas and vision. He also treats his workers with respect, and they were highly professional. They cleaned up the yard everyday before they left and they did not attempt to do "short cuts" to save time. They did the job right the first time. I look forward to continuing to use 24 KT Green as we upgrade our landscaping in the future. On a scale of 1-10, they were a 15."

"We wanted our backyard to host guests and the rest with a natural touch. Josef helped us come up with a mix of paver patio and turf. The design worked out better than we thought, making the space look bigger. His team handled the grading and laid a proper base under both sections. The turf drains well, and the pavers stay cool even in the heat. Everything is solid, ad we now use that part of the yard every weekend."

"I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding job Encore Builders did on transforming my front yard! From the moment I contacted them for an estimate, the experience was top-notch. I had reached out to several companies for quotes, and Encore Builders not only provided the most competitive estimate but blew away the competition with their professionalism and friendliness. They quoted me a whopping 40% less than 10 other companies I had contacted. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from the start. The team at Encore Builders was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were punctual, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth. The paving and turf job exceeded my expectations - see photos I have included. I cannot recommend Encore Builders enough.
