"I contacted Brad with several electrical needs including troubleshooting a few lights in the yard and installing a tv in the living room I had planned on purchasing.  Brad came to my home and we went over several options for the television as well as a few theories on what could be happening with the landscape lighting.  I appreciated very much that Brad challenged me on the set up of the tv rather than just agreeing with me and presenting a proposal.  The collaboration was productive and we actually were able to learn from each other.
Brad sent me a proposal within a few days.  Most of his prices quoted a range rather than specific price.  I had a few questions, which we discussed via email and over the phone.  I found Brad to be very responsive and his answers were clear.  Once we were able to solidify the details I scheduled the work.
Brad and his team showed up on time and with everything they needed.  The entire team was pleasant and knowledgable.  They finished most of the work on the first day (as scheduled) and returned early the next morning to complete the work.  Some of the work such as replacing the high voltage light could have been done by Brad and his team, but they were kind enough to explain what I needed so I could purchase and install the light myself.  It took me less than five minutes to install the light.  
I truly appreciated the work that Brad and his team performed and wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future.
