"Brandon and his team truly transformed our property, providing us with the outdoor space we've always dreamed of. After meeting with 10+ contractors in the Burr Ridge area, we chose BSC Landscaping and could not be happier with him and his team. We bought our home primarily due to the lot which features mature trees, hills, and a creek passing through. These features required a team that could navigate the complexity of building with water runoff, preservation, and a balance between nature and hardscaping in mind. They absolutely nailed it! BSC installed a paver patio, replaced an old swail with a natural-looking boulder and cobblestone creek bed, cleared overgrown weeds, installed trees, and seeded large areas to expand our lawn to gain more space for kids to play. We just hired them again to redesign our front yard which includes a paver parking space and the installation of a property border featuring a range of plants and trees. "We worked with JD from Green City Gardens to design and plant new landscaping in the front of our house. This included removing the existing shrubs, adding organic materials and planting the new flowers and bushes. In addition, JD, Doug, Carl and John removed two existing trees which had died and replaced them with new trees. The project was projected to be completed in about 2.5 days and the team achieved the target. The entire crew was excellent to work with--each provided their input and recommendations regarding plant placement. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process--from initial design through planting. JD's design was excellent and the new landscaping greatly enhanced the front of our house. Doug, John, JD and Carl worked diligently to remove the existing landscaping and planting and mulching the new plants. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Green City Gardens---they were reasonably priced and easy to work with when making significant enhancements to our landscaping."

"We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"

"Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."
