The resodding project involved the removal of the existing lawn and replacing it with Zoysia grass. On completion, Jeremy made sure that any damaged sprinkler heads were repaired or replaced. He supervised the cleanup and programmed the Rainbird controller to provide the best watering schedule for the new grass. "I met with Javier back in March and we went over what I was looking for.  He made several recommendation upfront and set expectation well as to when he could deliver his services; and deliver he did.
Javier did a great job in updating the landscaping which really brought out the best in the property.  Along the way, he hand picked plants for the flower bed and transformed the yard so much so that I've already had several of the neighbors asking for his number.
Javier is not the cheapest guy in town however if your  into Quality at a fair price then inquire within.

He will not give you the runaround or try and sell you on something else. His prices are extremely fair, letting you know the price of the sod. His crew has lots of experience, they work quickly and treat you with respect. Leo also has other trades that he offers, to which I will be hiring him again to do some future concrete work. As a customer be aware that Leo is also at the mercy of the companies that provide sod (weather dependent) but he will inform you if work will be delayed. Highly recommend Perez Landscaping."

"Company was great! Honest estimate with full breakdown of materials and services. The removed old grass and prepped the yard giving the new sod the best chance to grow. Installed 4 underground pipes to reduce water runoff and took our idea for 2 paths and created a beautiful final result.
