We want to lower our water bill as much as possible and revamp our yard and get it ready for summer. We decided to hire Motti because we felt he gave us the best presentation of ideas for the yard and his background knowledge of landscaping. We had our grass ripped off completely and remove very old sprinklers. The crew planted about 50 California Native and desert type plants with a new irrigation and removal of a Yucca type tree, with stump and roots. DG and rocks were also installed. We wanted the BBQ station close to the home for easy access, with the patio extending outward into the yard for more open space. The patio cover was designed with enough height to keep the area open and bright while providing afternoon shade. They also installed new irrigation before planting, and finished the walkways with matching concrete. The finished backyard gives us several useful areas without making the property look overbuilt."
