"I reached out Carmelos landscape 2 days ago. They responded via email within 30 minutes. They asked for my address and then sent me an estimate which is more than fair. They then sent me a confirmation and that a team would be out within 2 days. They were out the next day. I was not home but they proceeded to perform the work even though i had not paid yet. When i got home i was Extremely impressed with the way the lawn looked especially since it was overgrown and in bad shape. The team took great care of my property and cleaned up. When completed they called me and i offered to drop off a check but they said no worries and that i could pay online which was soooo convenient. Carmelos is professional , trusting, ontime and just plain nice. I moved to the area and i will be using them for the summer and in the winter they will be doing snow removal. I have dealt with alot of landscapers over the years and these guys are Top notch!! I Definitely recommend Carmelos Landscaping"

He walked me through the repairs I needed, educated me on the process and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. On the scheduled day for the repairs, the team (Carlos, Alex and Derek) arrived on time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They had to dig up my front and side yard to get to the repairs. After the job was completed (only took 1 day) you cannot tell they were there! His pricing was very reasonable and I don't have to worry about my lawn when we are out of town. His sidekick, his father, even watered my annuals when it was very dry in May and we were away. He's a little slow on invoicing, but I guess I shouldn't complain about that. I withheld 1/2 star because the dead bushes I told him he could push down the hill into the woods are still visible."
