Look no further honestly, because we needed a french drain (not the simple wall spacer) but the complicated one with lots of concrete floor demolition, irrigation piping, all leading to multiple sump pumps, and re-doing the floor professionally ... and we were sooooo pleased with the speed, efficiency and quality of RAD's work. Not to mention our need to clear out our basement prior, getting humdreds of items and two dozen heavy pieces of furniture out to our garage and POD ... and RAD handled everything with a great crew and in amazing record time. "We worked with Michael on cleanup of our front and back yard of our new home. The crew spent about a day and half cleaning up the leaves accumulated from last year and potentially many years before, pulled out the sprawling vines and suckers and dead plants left vent the previous owner. The cost ended up being a bit more than the original quote due to the longer than expected hours and the amount of debris towed away. But we think it was a fair price. Good to finally see what we have on the property and can now start to plan the landscaping."
