"I reached out Carmelos landscape 2 days ago. They responded via email within 30 minutes. They asked for my address and then sent me an estimate which is more than fair. They then sent me a confirmation and that a team would be out within 2 days. They were out the next day. I was not home but they proceeded to perform the work even though i had not paid yet. When i got home i was Extremely impressed with the way the lawn looked especially since it was overgrown and in bad shape. The team took great care of my property and cleaned up. When completed they called me and i offered to drop off a check but they said no worries and that i could pay online which was soooo convenient. Carmelos is professional , trusting, ontime and just plain nice. I moved to the area and i will be using them for the summer and in the winter they will be doing snow removal. "Jaguar Stone & Land absolutely exceeded my expectations. I almost thought it was to good to be true when I reached out and was told they could start the next day. I had spent a few weeks chasing down a contractor who had previously agreed to do the work. Their crew was extremely professional, always left the job site clean at the end of the day. They also did an amazing job grading the slope of the hill so that we can pull up our car easily. The pavers were laid with extreme care and additional measures like adding some cement around the sides were done to keep them from shifting over time. I will absolutely reach out when we are ready to start our backyard renovation."
