"Joel was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained what he would need to do to fix the problem, but took the time to listen to my suggestions. He explained what was going on and showed me the best way to make the repair, amd once we were on agreement he went to work. Joel was fast! He cleaned up after and also pointed out a proplem that the last plumber was supposed to take care of. It took him a couple of minutes to fix that issue, but he told me that it was only temporary, and that a part needed to be ordered for a permanent fix. I asked if he would do that repair, and he ordered the part right away. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a plumber EVER! Green Bird is my new go to for plumbing issues.
