"I needed a final mow for the season, as well as a general clean-up of the property. Team arrived early but did not ring doorbell; I just happened to find them patiently waiting until the agreed upon time. Communication was a little bit challenging but we managed to make ourselves understood. At first I thought the pricing for the clean-up part was a little high, but when I returned home I found my yards *meticulously* groomed. It was clear that Escalante takes great care and pride in its work. I will definitely be calling again for winter weed pretreatment and fertilizing, and look forward to retaining this excellent service for my lawn care and landscaping needs next year. "The dirt that was delivered was poor quality. It had a lot of clay in it. They used it in the larger sections of the project, and purchased a better quality for the rest. Some of the clay chunks were left for me to take care of. They did say, considering the low quality of the dirt, if the ground settled too much in six months, they would come back and take care of it. All in all, I would hire them again, but make sure on the quality of the dirt."
