It was just little silly things like one of his workers told my next door neighbor's dog to shut up. But, they did a great job. I did call the owner about that and he said thanks for the feedback and that other worker has not been back to my house and they have. He was very responsive to that and heard it, which I really appreciate. The other thing that really bothered me was that he smoked. I know that sounds really petty. He was moving around but he always had a cigarette but in his mouth and that bothered me. I'm very satisfied with the company. I'm really satisfied with the professionalism. The did everything that they said they were going to do plus more. Even with the couple of things that happened with the laborer, I thought it was a good experience and I would hire them again and I would recommend them. He was very fairly priced."
