LBL performed lawn services (mowing; weed removal/treatment; tree cut down; removal of shrubbery/debris; laying soil, mulch and planting flowers) Andrew and the guys (Josh, Dave, etc) are: PROMPT - They always showed up on schedule. PROFESSIONAL - From the moment we met, Andrew was all business. He listened to what I wanted/needed and then EXPLAINED to me what should/could be done and why. CONCERNED - They were always concerned about what I liked and wanted. They even came back the very next day to move, replant, and plant new flowers for me because I wanted more. COURTEOUS -The guys always spoke and were very polite even after a hard days work. THOUGHTFUL -They had already thought things through before I could even think about them. They laid down black mulch to match my black shutters. Who else wouldve done that?! They worked around my schedule/issues even though it meant more work for them later. RESOURCEFUL AND CREATIVE - Andrew found some slate stones underneath the rubbish and turned them into a mini walkway thru my flowerbed! KNOWLEDGEABLE - Explained about the weeds and why my yard appeared as it did. I never felt belittled or dumb. Explained the value in getting certain types of trees and how to care for everything.
